Event Planning and Day of Coordination

We offer as little or as much advice, design and coordination as you need.

One of the first questions most couples ask is "Why do I need to hire a wedding planner? We know what we want and how to do it." Our answer is simply this - at a time when you are supposed to be the center of attention, who wants to worry about the details that make an event come together.

Wedding Day Management/Day of Coordination packages start at $750.00 and include reviewing your master time line of wedding day events and assisting with final ceremony and reception details.

Month of Coordination packages start at $1,500.00 and include creating and modifying a detailed wedding day schedule and performing vendor confirmations.

Gold packages start at $2,500.00 and include creating a wedding budget and providing vendor referrals.

Platinum packages start at $3,000.00 and include reviewing of vendor and venue contracts, coordinating guest list and RSVP tracking and performing general errands and item pickup.

Diamond packages start at $4,000.00 and include attending all vendor meetings, creating welcome baskets for out-of-town guests and assisting our couples in all requested preparations.
