Venue Story

Arizona Golf Resort where exceptional golf and hospitality is a tradition. Situated on an 18-hole PGA-rated championship golf course, the Arizona Golf Resort hosts new modernized guest rooms, with keeping the Southwest décor and ambiance which Arizona is famous. Enjoy one of the two restaurants after a day of shopping or golf. Relax in one of the resorts many Jacuzzi’s surrounded by lush landscaping and mature trees, or enjoy the Arizona sunshine poolside.

For your meeting and events, they offer 20,000 sq ft of convention space for the focused business meeting or the perfect wedding, their staff is here to welcome you!

Venue Details

Arizona Golf Resort offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces. Guest capacity with reception style seating is 100 - 500 guests. The resort does offer optional getting ready spaces.

Vendors

Arizona Golf Resort requires you to use their catering, but you may bring in all of your other vendors.

Set up and tear down

All major setup (tables, chairs) is performed by the resort. Outside vendor set up time is determined on a case by case basis.

Pricing

Pricing does vary depending on a number of factors but the resort does have a minimum price point of $3,500.00. Be sure to call to get a personalized quote.

Arizona Golf Resort includes tables and chairs. Linens, chair covers, centerpieces, backdrops and AV is available at an additional cost.

Venue Story

Wellington Ranch - Imagine your wedding or special event taking place in a gorgeous valley overlooking the Southwest’s beautiful San Tan Mountains. Sun-swept days joyously celebrating with friends and family, a spectacular Arizona sunset and starry nights enjoying a crackling fire create a magical venue you and your guests will truly enjoy. Charming touches like romantic twinkle light paths, a picturesque gray barn, roses and cacti, fenced arches, a fish pond, gazebo and causal outdoor bar set the scene for unforgettable moments.

Wellington Ranch is located within the Gila River Indian Community and owned and operated by the Wellington Family.

Venue Details

Wellington Ranch offers a variety of both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces. Guest capacity with reception style seating indoors is 110 guests and outdoors is 300 guests. The ranch does offer 2 getting ready spaces.

Vendors

Wellington Ranch allows you to bring in all of your vendors. They also offer a preferred vendor list.

Set up and tear down

All major setup (tables, chairs, linens) is performed by the ranch. Other vendors are allowed to arrive 3 hours before your scheduled start time. Tear down must be completed within 2 hours of your event ending.

Unity of Phoenix Spiritual Center - Located in a stunning setting in the heart of Phoenix, the Unity of Phoenix Spiritual Center is the ideal place to plan your spectacular wedding and reception!  They offer everything to ensure everything is perfect for your wedding day: beautiful settings; meaningful ceremony; lovely reception accommodations; and a coordinator who ensures everything runs smoothly so you enjoy a worry-free day.

They offer the flexibility to ensure your wedding day is perfect, and exactly suited to your personal style and flair. They host weddings and receptions year round, and can accommodate parties of all styles and sizes (up to 300 people).

 They welcome couples of all beliefs and sexual orientations, and have ceremony and reception venues that are ideal for traditional or contemporary settings. They also offer commitment and re-commitment ceremonies.

Unity of Phoenix Spiritual Center offers both ceremony and reception spaces. They have a variety of ceremony spaces both indoors and outdoors. Reception space is all outdoors. Guest capacity with reception style seating is 300 guests. The center does offer 2 getting ready spaces.
